Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Paddle. Subscription terms, renewals, taxes, and refunds are handled according to the checkout terms shown at purchase.
Intellectual Property
DOKVE and its product assets remain our property. You retain rights to the content you provide and generated outputs, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOKVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
